Terms of Service
By using Filmito Studio ("Studio") you agree to these terms. The Studio is a captioning tool from Filmito. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your content is yours
You keep all rights to the video, audio, and captions you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, transcribe, and render your content so the Studio can work. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates someone's rights.
- Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use the Studio to create misleading or harmful media.
Free and paid use
Editing and preview are free. Your first render is free; further rendering and higher limits may require a paid plan. Prices, limits, and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the billing period.
Service "as is"
We work hard to keep the Studio fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmito is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
